Bio

Anna was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the AOFM in January 2023. Anna has extensive domestic and international experience across both the private and public sectors with her previous positions including Deputy Under Treasurer of the South Australian Department of Treasury and Finance and the CEO of the South Australian Government Financing Authority (SAFA).

During her time with the AOFM, Anna has overseen the successful delivery of the Green Bond Framework and the issuance of the inaugural Green Treasury Bond.

As the AOFM’s CEO, Anna has also participated in significant domestic and international engagement with investors, market bodies, and other key stakeholders. This engagement is critical to the success of the AOFM, with key activities including the AOFM’s Tokyo Forum, the Green Bond Roadshow, the Global Borrowers Forum, appearances at various conferences and industry events, and continual engagement with the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).

Anna’s private sector experience includes twelve years with S&P Global Ratings as both an analyst and as an APAC Managing Director.  Her asset class experience includes governments, financing vehicles, multi-lateral institutions, government-related corporate entities, and non-bank financial institutions.

An INSEAD Global Executive MBA graduate, Anna also has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Resource Economics and a Science Master’s.
