Paul Kelly

Paul has been in financial markets for over 30 years and has spent much of that time working for semi government authorities.

At Treasury Corporation of Victoria (TCV), Paul is responsible for balance sheet management which includes managing TCV’s funding programmes, managing the risk associated with TCV’s borrowing and lending activities, maintaining TCV’s prudential liquidity ratios and investment portfolios, and maintaining key global relationships with both intermediaries and investors.

Paul is also responsible for managing the state’s exposure in renewable energy markets, foreign exchange and commodities markets.
