Richard McKenzie

Richard leads the delivery of WATC’s investor engagement strategy, a critical component in positioning the Corporation’s funding program to attract the broadest possible global investor base. He also leads WATC’s Sustainable Bond Program, which supports WATC’s objective of diversifying its funding sources.

Richard has more than 30 years’ experience in financial markets and economics, and between 2012 and 2020 he was responsible for WATC’s $50 billion client lending program. Before joining WATC in 2008, he held senior roles at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD, Paris) and the Australian Bureau of Statistics.
