Danielle Lavars

Danielle joined Western Australian Treasury Corporation (WATC) in November 2024 as the General Manager Funding and Markets. WATC is the central borrowing authority of Western Australia managing over AU$50 billion in financial assets and liabilities for the State.

With a career spanning more than 25 years, Danielle has extensive financial markets experience through several senior positions focussing on global capital markets. Danielle’s previous roles include Head of Global Capital Markets Australia for ING Bank and Head of FI and Asia Debt Capital Markets for Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
