James Hammermaster

James is a Senior Dealer- Investor Engagement with the South Australian Government Financing Authority (SAFA) based in Adelaide. James works closely with senior colleagues and market participants, contributing to strategic funding initiatives, investor engagement, liaising with panel banks and oversight of SAFA’s sustainability bond program. James joined SAFA in January 2026, prior to that he spent 25 years in Debt Capital Markets and Syndicate roles with CBA and RBC.
