Jose Fajardo

Jose Fajardo leads the development and execution of QTC’s funding strategy to meet the borrowing needs of the State and effectively manage QTC’s liquidity position and refinancing risk.

With over 30 years’ experience in financial markets, Jose has held a number of senior positions at QTC since joining in 2003, across bond issuance, balance sheet management and fixed income portfolio management. He is also a founding member of QTC’s Green Bond Committee, which oversees QTC’s Green Bond program.

Prior to joining QTC, he has held financial markets roles at Salomon Brothers, Deutsche Bank and Williams Energy.

Jose holds a Bachelor of Accounting (Hons) and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance from Finsia.
