Matthew Squires, CFA, is Head of Balance Sheet at TCorp, the central borrowing authority and financial markets partner of the State of New South Wales. He is responsible for the strategic management of TCorp’s liquidity and balance sheet risk and supports the delivery of the State’s borrowing programme and hedging needs.
