Richard Homberger, Senior Manager Markets, has been responsible for TCV’s long term funding and balance sheet management for the last 15 years.  Having been in financial markets in various roles for more than 40 years, he has seen the full cycle of public debt paydown due to asset sales all the way through to witnessing the Covid induced debt expansion firsthand.
